Where Is Brianne Dias From ‘My 600-lb Life’ Now?

TLC’s My 600-lb Life has the potential to change people’s lives completely. Sufferers of morbid obesity, some of whom weigh over 700 pounds, go on the show to hear the hard truth from Dr. Now, who often forces them to examine what caused them to become overweight in the first place, and what they can do next to have the best chance for a long and productive life.

Admittedly, not everyone is suited to Dr. Now’s often straightforward (some would say “blunt”) approach, but people who are willing to work at it reap amazing benefits.

That was the case for season 7’s Brianne Dias, who started the show at 742 pounds and finished at 358. From what she posted on social media, it’s clear that she’s stuck to the Dr. Now plan and continued her fitness journey. She’s a big success story on the show, joining Brandon Scott and Cillas Givens, who both had transformative stories thanks to My 600-lb Life.  But that doesn’t mean everything is smooth once a person has left the show, as Brianne can more than confirm.

Where Is Brianne Dias From ‘My 600-lb Life’ Now?

Much came to light when Brianne Diase’s episode “Where Are They Now?” aired. In the show, it was revealed that her ex-husband Rick Dias, who was featured in her first episode of ‘My 600-lb Life’, was having an affair with a woman named Jamie Moon.

Brianne and Rick have since split up, and while there was some good news in the episode – namely that Brianne has lost more than 500 pounds since the premiere of My 600-lb Life – it was overshadowed by the break-up, which has reportedly gone from bad to worse.  According to information provided by Starcasm, Brianne and Jamie have had a number of fights recently, including one alleged altercation where Jamie tried to run Brianne off the road while she was riding in a vehicle with a child.

It appears that Brianne has sought legal protection, as Starcasm provides screenshots of several restraining order documents that certainly look genuine. They have even been initialled by a judge.

Hopefully, everyone will be able to stay the course from now on. For Brianne, it’s important to continue to focus on her weight loss journey, and given how stress can exacerbate eating problems, it’s best if everyone can leave each other alone.
