Counting On: Jill Dillard Makes a Bold Fashion Choice

Jill Dillard spent much of her childhood in front of the cameras for shows that would lead to Counting On. The TLC celebrity helped a lot with her younger siblings. And many viewers poked their parents, Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar, for pushing parenthood away on their older children.

Despite outside input, Jill played by her parents’ rules for years. In fact, she even had her parents in the room when video chatting with her current husband, Derick, while they were courting. Jill didn’t seem to mind, and soon Jill and Derrick got married.

Derick Dillard and his wife Jill began to shirk the values of the Counting On family. Many people shared their shock when she started wearing pants and shorts and pierced her nose. And it looks like she’s going even further now.

Not long ago Counting On star Jill Dillard made a video about her relationship with her family. Fans asked if she saw her family and how they were doing. Jill said they had a long way to go, but she wanted them to be okay.

Jill already had a small nose ring that went against her parents’ standards. But recently she decided to go with a friend to upgrade her facial jewelry. She was looking for a golden hoop nose ring to give her another option of what to wear.

Fans of Counting On gave lots of tips on which ring to get. But in the end, Jill found something that would work for her. She got a solid gold 18 carat and 18 gauge nose ring that is only a partial hoop. And she is very proud of it.
