Counting On: Jill Dillard Opens Up about Family Troubles

Jill Dillard of Counting On chooses to take the children to the hairdresser. Instead, she chooses to cut their hair herself and give them a rocking new look. It’s not uncommon for children in the Duggar family to have their hair cut at home, and Jill continues the tradition.

Even before the pandemic, it was normal for Jill Duggar and her sisters to cut their child’s hair. And this time, Counting On fans say she did a great job with Samuel Duggar and Israel Duggar’s hair. Fans also say that Jill did a great job and the boys look pretty.

TLC’s Jill Dillard from Counting On had the boys under cute robes for their hairstyles. Some fans asked her if she could do vlogs so they could see her daily life. But that doesn’t seem like something she wants to do.

Counting on star Jill, she said she wouldn’t let other people’s thoughts about her stop. In fact, she said she needed to get over the pain of how her family feels about her. She works with a therapist, and they helped her get over this big hurdle.

Things as simple as how to do her hair were a big problem as a child. Jill said there were many things she didn’t like about her childhood. But she seemed grateful for having a loving family in spite of those challenges.

Jill from Counting On changed her hair, pierced her nose, and did other things her family didn’t approve of. She is also not usually invited to some of the family meetings. And some viewers say she seems to feel better after doing some of these “rebellious” things.
