Counting On: Jill Duggar Revealed Samuel Dillard Has Allergies.

Jill Duggar shared a post about fighting allergies and her routine, leaving her open to some harsh criticism from Counting On fans.

The mother of two children revealed that Samuel Dillard is allergic to dust. His routine includes freezing stuffed animals for a few days to kill the dust, vacuuming once a week and washing sheets. Although this may seem like a typical process, some followers didn’t think it was enough.

On Instagram, Jill Duggar asked her followers to talk about allergy sufferers. That’s when she revealed that Samuel Dillard had allergies. At the allergist’s suggestion, Duggar began freezing the boys’ stuffed animals and raising the frequency of his chores.

A follower called the former Counting On star for admitting he only vacuumed once a week.

🐻 Stuffies in the freezer! We recently found out Sam has strong allergies to dust! 😳 Both of the boys love their stuffies…so when the allergist mentioned they could be contributing to collection of dust it made total sense! . . 💦 In addition to being better at washing bedding and vacuuming at least once a week (I know…we still have carpet 😬), the allergist recommended freezing anything that’s tough to wash at least once a month for 48-72 hrs. to hopefully kill the dust mites! I usually bag them up to keep moisture off of them and contain them a little. 🤗 . . Do your kids have favorite stuffies or a lot of them? Do your kids have allergies? She went on to say: “I vacuum every day, carpets and hardwoods… I would do it especially if my son was allergic to dust”. Followers are often critical of Jill.

She’s always making news for the things she does, and the routine work is the newest thing fans have considered. At this point, she has not responded to the follower who criticized her.

Counting On: Jill Duggar Is More Mainstream

The news of Jill taking her kids to an allergist is impressive. She has moved away from the way she was raised and moved on in various aspects of her life.

It was recently revealed that Jill and Derick Dillard are no longer affiliated with IBLP. This has been one of the biggest shocks, especially from a Duggar child. The two have found their church and attend it regularly with their children.

Israel Dillard will attend public school for kindergarten. Jill said she enrolled him just a few months ago. He’ll be Duggar’s first grandchild not to be homeschooled.

The picture of the stuffed animals can be a little weird for some fans, but his explanation makes sense. Jill is sharing her life with her followers, and that includes all the life lessons she learned while raising her family.

Vacuuming once a week is what her routine involves. Unfortunately, not everyone agrees that this is what should be done.
