The controversial star of MAFS, Chris Williams, had a rough week and found a way to relax in the Bahamas to celebrate his 29th birthday. Chris Williams took some much needed time to focus on his mental health after exploding on social media just a few days ago.

After his explosive rant against ex-girlfriend Mercedes – then a series of apologies to Paige Banks and his former friend, Pastor Dwight – the former Married at First Sight cast member deleted everything from his page and asked for prayers from fans.

The MAFS star is known to go off the rails and has targeted several of her past co-stars and even Married at First Sight pundits since leaving the show. He even blasted ex-wife Paige and accused her of being a liar after viewers sided with her after her terrible treatment of Paige during their brief marriage. A few days ago, however, Chris Williams set his sights on his ex-girlfriend Mercedes and revealed on social media that she had lied to him about her pregnancy. She in turn responded with proof of her pregnancy and urged Chris to get help for his mental issues.

Chris just took some much needed time to focus on his mental health and did so thousands of miles away in the Caribbean. He recently posted a photo from a beach in Atlantis, Bahamas and seemed to be in good spirits.

Since he cleaned up his Instagram page just three days ago, Chris Williams has also shared several posts on his page to celebrate his 29th birthday. It looks like Chris is back in the United States, as he posted videos of his birthday party, which he said took place in Miami.
