My 600-Lb Life: What Justin McSwain From My 600-Lb Life Is Doing Now

Each episode of My 600-Lb Life is an emotional rollercoaster. The subject of each story simply wants to get healthy and overcome morbid obesity; some can rise to the challenge, others can’t, which is why it’s so great to see people succeed while participating in the show.

One of those people was Justin McSwain, who appeared in season 7 of the series. At the start of his episode, he weighed 687.5 kilos at just 27 years old. As well as being overweight, he also suffered from severe anxiety, which made seeking treatment even more difficult.

At the very beginning of her weight-loss journey, she faced obstacles such as not being able to fit into the rental car assigned to her to get to her appointment. Fortunately, Justin didn’t let this hold him back and by the end of his episode he had dropped to 353.5 kilograms, a total weight loss of 334 kilograms.

It’s an amazing feat that will allow her to join the ranks of other series success stories like Amber Rachdi and Brittani Fulfer. At the end of the episode, Dr. Now was amazed at her progress, saying it was one of the biggest weight losses she’s ever seen, but Justin made it clear she’s not done yet. He still had a long way to go and while he didn’t yet have his “Where are they now?” episode, there are plenty of ways to keep track of what he’s been up to.

If you see Justin McSwain now, he looks like a completely different person. He’s been documenting his ongoing weight-loss journey on Instagram, where he engages in all sorts of physical activities like rock climbing and hiking.

He claims he wants to inspire other people to get healthy and show that it is possible to overcome huge obstacles.

She puts out a lot of good in the world, even taking part in a charity walk for the National Eating Disorders Association.

It’s great to see her standing up for remarkable causes. Anyone who watched her episode of ‘My 600-Lb Life’ will be aware of the trauma she went through that resulted in an eating disorder, and she seems committed to breaking the cycle and living a healthier life.

He may not be as active on Twitter, but you can follow him there too, where his bio reads “Digital Mass Media Specialist & Corgi Enthusiast”. Justin’s corgi, named Finn, has played a big part in his weight-loss journey, accompanying him on many walks throughout. It’s a good thing he has a furry companion to support him.
