Sister Wives: Hard Times for Christine Brown

Christine Brown has received praise from “Sister Wives” viewers, who love to see her take on her now ex-husband Kody Brown. Sister Wives fans watched the premiere episode of season 16 on Sunday night.

After just one episode, Kody Brown already revealed that all four of his wives have mentioned that they have dumped him at some point. Kody Brown and his wives Meri, Janelle, Christine and Robyn Brown still couldn’t agree when it came to their plots in Coyote Pass and COVID-19 protocols.

But Christine Brown put her foot down and made her feelings known right away this season, and Sister Wives fans love it. While Christine Brown didn’t always show her true feelings to Kody Brown and the rest of the cast, she let it all out during her confessions.

After the episode, Sister Wives viewers took to Twitter to discuss the episode and there was one common theme in the comments.

Most of the Sister Wives viewers commented on how impressive it was that Christine spoke her mind and did not remain silent. One Sister Wives fan expressed that they liked the bitter version of Christine when she commented, “I love salty Christine”.

One Sister Wives viewer tweeted out that Christine seems to feel more assertive and is less willing to put up with anyone contradicting her.

At one point during the season opener, Kody Brown tried to corrupt his wives on Coyote Pass by whistling for their attention, which didn’t sit well with Christine, who called him out for it.

During her confessions, Christine Brown explained that although she played along with the rest of Kody’s wives, she was suffering inside. Christine Brown admitted that she was only pretending for the sake of peace, but we now know that she couldn’t bite her tongue any longer.

However, Kody Brown made it clear that he felt Christine Brown was simply pulling him out of the chain when he expressed that he wanted to move back to Utah, and said he was “bluffing” that she was going through with it.
