Sister Wives star Meri Brown charged up to $40 for second hand clothes, while second wife Janelle now charges $25 for personalized video messages while the family continues to struggle with their finances.
Christine Brown, the third wife, held several Facebook Live sales per day and offered offers such as free shipping and free clothing purchases.
But Wednesday was Meri and Janelle Brown’s turn, with Meri – who is thought to have moved away from her husband Kody Brown – selling LuLaRoe clothes worn only “once or twice” on Facebook Live.
Items started at $15 but some went for $40, and she told fans: “Some have been seen on a certain TV show, or Instagram post or network photo on.
“I’m just saying! Janelle Brown, meanwhile, started selling videos on the Cameo app for $25 each.
She shared, “Hey, guys, I’ve been thinking about this for a while. “Let me help you make an occasion special for someone you know by sending them a personalized message. Look me up on the Cameo app.”
Meri and Janelle’s sister’s wife, Christine, also shared videos and Facebook Lives in an effort to raise $25,000 for her daughter’s surgery.
Kody Brown’s third wife, Christine Brown, posted a video on her private Facebook page to thank her fans for buying her LuLaRoe clothes.
She said in the video, “What you are doing, helping me so much with my purchases, is that you are helping me to do something.
“One of my daughters needs surgery.” I need $50,000 for an advance on the surgery. You’re helping me do it. Thank you. $50,000 for an advance was so discouraging, I decided to work hard.”
Even though Christine Brown has not been able to reveal which daughter is having the surgery, it is likely to be her daughter Ysabel, who suffers from scoliosis. The expensive surgery comes after money problems for the Brown family.
