The Bachelor: Peter Weber thanks Madison and Hannah Sluss after ‘The Bachelor’ finale night one

We’re still in fib after the first part of the finale of The Bachelor Season 24, which aired on Monday, March 9. But Peter Weber’s journey is far from over, as both women in the two finals – Hannah Ann Sluss and Madison Prewett – are still on stage. But no matter what happens in the ABC reality series, it’s clear that Weber is grateful for the experience. After the new episode on March 9, Weber posted on Instagram to thank Madison and Hannah Ann for their shared experience on The Bachelor. And frankly, it will shed some light on the dramatic events that are likely to take place on Tuesday, March 10.

The Bachelor: Peter Weber thanks Madison and Hannah Sluss after ‘The Bachelor’ finale night one

Every week, Peter Weber publishes a stream of photos on Instagram to highlight the most recent episode of The Bachelor. Typically, the pilot captions the photos with something fun or carefree. Just last week, Peter had fun in the difficult time that awaits us in Australia.

“You might need another one of these to get through this week in undaa,” Peter wrote on Instagram along with a picture of him posing with a kangaroo while drinking an alcoholic beverage.

Then, on the evening of Weber’s bachelor finale on March 9, the 28-year-old got serious. In the Instagram post, Peter thanked his last two, Madison and Hannah Ann, for their time together. He wrote:

Being the Bachelor was the most amazing experience of my life. I grew up in ways I didn’t even know were possible. The two best things that happened to me on this trip were @hannahann and @madiprew who came into my life and showed me a love that I will never forget. No matter what happens, I will always be grateful for both of you and this once-in-a-lifetime trip.

Weber expressed his gratitude on Instagram during ‘The Bachelor’ premiere

It’s not the first time Peter Weber realized his graduation trip to social media. On the day of the premiere of The Bachelor Season 24, January 6, Weber wrote a note to thank members of his cast, which echoed the tone of his recent final post. Peter subtitled the Instagram photo:

It’s impossible for me to express my gratitude for having the most incredible opportunity to find my girlfriend. To every single woman who shows up tonight, thank you so much for giving me a chance. In every moment of my life I have enjoyed getting to know you all and created memories that I will cherish forever.

Thank you for being patient with me when I needed it, your grace has never gone unnoticed. To everyone who helped make this all happen, thank you. You all know who you are, and we are a family all our lives. For Bachelor Nation, you’ve all been absolutely amazing. I felt love not stop and it means so much that you invested in me to find what I’m looking for. I hope you enjoy the flight. We’re ready for takeoff.

The comparison between Weber’s post of March 9 and that of January 6 shows that we are approaching the end of Pilot Pete’s graduation trip. And no matter what happens with Hannah Ann and Madison moving on, let’s just hope Peter finds the love story he’s always imagined.

“I just want to be remembered as hopefully a great example of the love story that people can live in these next few months, and follow it,” Peter told E! News in January 2020.
