The Bachelor: Colton Underwood Had An Unexpected Ending

The Bachelor: Colton Underwood Had An Unexpected Ending

Underwood starred in season 23 of The Bachelor. Her ending was unexpected because Cassie Randolph decided to quit when she realized she wasn’t ready to get married. This upset him until he jumped a fence to get away from the cameras and producers.

He decided to send the last two women, Tayshia Adams and Hannah Godwin, home. Then he followed Cassie and asked her if she’d be willing to continue dating him. They’re still together.

The Bachelor: He thought ‘The Bachelor’ Season 24 was over produced

The former reality star was doing a Q&A on Instagram Live with his fans. One of them asked what he thought of Weber’s season.

“Interesting question. Since I was silenced this season and chose not to watch it, I can’t go into details. What I can say is that I feel like it was too produced and both sides could have done a much better job (Peter and the production),” he wrote. “Peter could have defended himself and put his feet up when the TV show part started to control his relationships. The production could have helped guide him better, I talked about how in some moments you have to use your instinct and entrust my book with examples. I’m very sorry about Pete”.

He certainly wasn’t the only one who thought the producers interfered with this season. Now he’s giving his theory a reason.

Like so many people my age, and maybe like you, i am a mix of contradictions as i try to figure out where i fit in. I can be tough one day and cry the next. I can get angry, but i can be vulnerable, too. My mood changes daily. I make mistakes. I am not afraid to try new things. I want to be successful. But i find the most meaning when i help other people. There’s something about giving selflessly that makes me my best self. Going on the bachelor brought a lot to me — some good, some bad, and some I’ll never be able to figure out. I went looking for love and found out more about myself than i imagined. Today, I get to add “Author” to the list of words that describe me among many other things. I hope that this book can resonate or help even just one person that is struggle or going through a rough time in their life. Thank you all so much for going on this ride with me. ♥️🤙🏼

Colton didn’t give his opinion on Weber’s season for a reason. Because he wanted to talk about how the producers influenced things.

“One of my goals for the show is to break the fourth wall, and I don’t think the production really liked that they agreed with that,” Colton Underwood told Us Weekly. “But nobody wants to feel duped these days and I think that was my growing frustration as I was, you know, watching or not really watching, but hearing about Peter’s season and seeing the summaries on Twitter, they wouldn’t let me write about it.

He continued: “They wouldn’t let me talk about his season because I knew I was keeping it real. They knew I knew too much about what was going on”.

She pointed to Victoria Fuller who ran into her ex, Chase Rice on a date, as an example of interference from producers. “Victoria doesn’t show up with Chase Rice singing as her ex by accident,” she said. “The whole Victoria situation I feel sorry for that poor lady and I feel frustrated for Peter, just because there was so much confusion going on”. And I feel that the producer’s job is to help guide the protagonist, to guide the person I felt like they had hung him up in so many different ways and framed him for failure”.

It seems the reality star feels bad for Weber, who had a lot of setbacks at the end of his season.Colton’s book about his experience on the show called The First Time is now available.
