Does Sister Wives Have Good Ratings?

Sister Wives season 17 has been a moneymaker for TLC. Especially considering the drama after Christine Brown decided to get out of her polygamous marriage. Viewers who haven’t yet seen the series, however, are wondering if the series is worth streaming now that the family is falling apart.

The aim of the series was to show viewers that a polygamous marriage/family can work just as well as a normal marriage/family. This season, however, there is drama, anger, disappointment, manipulation and more. So not a standard/well-functioning family!

For viewers who want to watch the series for fun and entertainment, and learn new things about polygamous marriage, it’s definitely worth a watch. However, if someone specifically wants to see a very functional and loving plural marriage, then this show will be a big disappointment, especially the last season. This season, Christine Brown isn’t the only one getting honest about the complex family dynamics. She also spoke candidly about how Kody’s attitude towards the rest of the family has taken a turn for the worse.

Even Janelle Brown spoke her truth and explained how Kody and Robyn robbed her financially so much that she has no place to live. After all, she was the one who paid almost $300,000 for Robyn’s gorgeous $900,000 house.
