June Shannon seems to have completely overcome her own drug addiction. She was a desperate meth addict. But now things have changed. She has come a long way from her past in the darkness of drugs. She enjoys her sober life, toasts to new beginnings, and takes back her pride in living by the ocean.

In the last season of the show, Mama June seemed unhappy. She had no choice but to confess her drug addiction. Although many have thrown her in jail for running away with Geno Doak and abandoning her family, she is slowly recovering.

Despite this, her followers would never forgive her for hurting Alana Thompson when she left. These days, June Shannon lives a sober life in Florida. She is training, sharing photos of the beach and enjoying everything. She celebrated when her manager Gina gave her a special sobriety chip.

Over the weekend, Mama June shared some photos taken with her new night camera. She is immersed in time at the beach. With the post she wrote that she loved her night camera and its functionality. Shannon seems to fully enjoy her life next to nature and its glory. Her fans find the time she spends rebuilding her life in Florida amazing. And we hope she will return with her daughter Alana Thompson.

Although Mama June has gone from addicted to hero, she now helps others. Her focus is on improving herself while also helping others. She spends time with drug addicts who speak out about addiction and do recovery work. She really wants to reach as many people as possible and help them get out of the rut. Mama June is currently working with the Banyan Treatment Center.

Banyan Treatment Center is the same place where she and Geno Doak received treatment. The center also organizes a scholarship program for those who cannot afford rehabilitation. According to the reality TV star, drug addicts need to ask for help and talk. Because that would help them overcome their problems.
