The Duggar family does things differently than most American families. Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar raised their children under very strict rules – and that includes not watching television. However, as some of the Duggars grew up and created a family of their own, some have branched out and started watching more traditional television.

Joy Duggar and Austin Forsyth recently gave fans a tour of their home, and television was nowhere to be found.

Now that many of Michelle and Jim Bob’s eldest children have married and moved away, some of them have started living by their own rules. Jill, Jessa and Jinger Duggar now all wear pants, which they were not allowed to do when they grew up. And Jinger Duggar started watching television; recently she shared that her favorite program is Madame Secretary.

Anna Duggar, who is married to Josh Duggar, has also revealed that her family watches television. The Duggars probably choose and choose the programs they watch and probably do not stray from anything that goes against their values.

Some of the Duggars still closely follow in their parents’ footsteps. Although Jill Duggar has been rebelling lately, fans have remembered that she didn’t have a TV on her home tour – and neither did Jessa Duggar. And now, even Joy and Austin still seem to obey Duggar’s rule of not having a TV.

Austin Forsyth And Joy Duggar recently gave fans a tour of their new home, which they renovated all by themselves. Although there are still some things to do, the two have mostly decorated everything. However, there was still no television at the couple’s house, proving that they didn’t stray too far from Duggar’s parents’ rules.
