Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar have 19 biological children and one adopted son, while Ben Seewald comes from a family of seven. Together, their children have 26 aunts and uncles – and that does not include those related by marriage. Seven of the Duggar brothers are married, which brings the total to 33, not counting Seewald’s married brothers.
Finally, there are more than a dozen nephews and nieces of Duggar. Trying to teach a few names to young children can be difficult, but the families of Duggar and Seewald are much larger than most.

She and Seewald recently revealed that they are considering adoption for the child not. 4, but some fans think the two may need to expand their home before welcoming new family members. The two have been considering adoption for some time.
The couple live in a bedroom with three children, so time will tell if they will expand to something new. However, they still have no concrete plans for a fourth child, but whether they adopt or not, fans are convinced that they will have more children anyway.
