LPBW's Tori Roloff Revealed That She Suffered A Miscarriage

There is real magic in pregnancy. Discovering that there is a human being growing inside can bring so much excitement and joy. We begin to plan for the future. We daydream about what our baby will look like, how he or she will fit into the group of children we already have.

The moment the pregnancy test comes back positive, they are ours and we fall in love. And we live with that joy – until something happens. Tori was able to articulate the pain of losing a much desired baby, sharing that she had to say goodbye to baby #3.

LPBW star Tori Roloff revealed in a powerful post that she couldn’t wait to share the news that she and her husband, Zach Roloff, were expecting another baby. Instead, she shared a very powerful message about miscarriage. “We were so excited to share exciting news this week. We were so excited when we found out we were expecting baby #3, and we couldn’t wait to share,” she wrote.

“We went in for our first ultrasound at 8 weeks and found out that we lost our sweet baby two weeks earlier,” she wrote. “I have honestly never felt the loss like I did in that moment. I have never felt so sad, angry and scared all at once,” she explained.

According to her post, she didn’t have any symptoms that things weren’t progressing as they should, which is quite common for early miscarriages. “Nothing could have prepared me to hear that our sweet baby was gone,” Tori wrote. “However, I also thought about how the first face our baby girl or boy could see was Jesus. I am so shocked that I never got to see their face, but I rest in knowing that he or she is with our savior and I will meet them one day,” she added.

“My husband has been my unwavering rock through this whole journey,” Tori Roloff continued. “He has been by my side through it all and I couldn’t have done it without him.”

While there is nothing good from a miscarriage and the pain, grief and fear that grows in its place, Tori could find a positive outlook.

“If there is any silver lining here it’s the realization of how truly blessed we are,” she explained. “We have two happy, healthy, thriving children, and I know that’s not granted to everyone. We have two children that we need to pamper and love every day.”
