Honey Boo Boo was in pieces fearing to be a “burden” for her tormented mom and her family in the last explosive episode of Mama June: From Not Hot.

The star child, real name Alana Thompson, went to see medical professional Dr Ish after being seen pretending to snort cocaine in an Instagram Live video last week.

The action was all the more pertinent as the 14-year-old’s parent, Mama June, has a drug problem and was arrested for crack cocaine possession in March.

40-year-old Mama June walked away from Alana Thompson and the rest of the family and left with her new man, making the teenager’s difficulties even worse.

When Dr. Ish questioned her on video in front of her sister Pumpkin, Josh and Doe Doe, she burst into tears. She said, “I kept it all inside because I don’t know who to talk to.

Mama June and her boyfriend Geno Doak pleaded not guilty to possession of crack cocaine and possession of a crack pipe.
