Sister Wives Patriarch Kody Focused on Robyn Brown?

Sister Wives Patriarch Kody Focused on Robyn Brown

Sister Wives seemed at first to be just another one of TLC’s “Meet our family” broadcasts. But then viewers got to know the Brown family for real.

Kody Brown has shown that he’s not your typical father, breadwinner and husband. Sister Wives has also introduced us to four very different women who share the same title: Kody Brown’s wife. These wives Meri Brown, Janelle Brown, Christine Brown and Robyn Brown have given Kody 18 children. And as Sister Wives has shown, this unusual family arrangement has led to problems for the polygamous household.

After more than 150 episodes, viewers are now wondering if Kody wants a dramatic change in her family structure. Has Brown been deliberately rude to certain women to free up some of his time?

Sister Wives Patriarch Kody Focused on Robyn Brown?

Followers of the Sister Wives clan on social media are increasingly questioning Kody and Robyn’s relationship. Rumours surrounding the partnership began when Kody Brown decided to divorce first wife Meri Brown in order to marry fourth wife Robyn.

Robyn Brown and Kody Brown have tried to play down the divorce and the subsequent marriage. But as “Sister Wives” has shown, the other wives, especially Meri, do not seem to accept the consequences of this divorce. Add to this Kody Brown and Robyn’s vacation in Hawaii and Brown’s focus on his fourth wife in the midst of a pandemic, and there’s a “wait, does Kody WANT to be monogamous suddenly” brouhaha.

Kody’s critic remarked, “It’s like he CAN’T break up with them so instead he’ll drive them to do it for him.” Whether true or not, other Sister Wives fans have noted that Kody does indeed seem to intentionally exclude certain women while focusing on others.
