Mama June: From Not to Hot star Geno Doak has some fans who think he might not follow Florida’s laws protecting endangered sea turtles and their nests. Recently, he posted a photo that fans say may have broken another law.

Mama June Shannon and Geno Doak from Mama June: From Not to Hot now live on Hutchinson Island in Florida. They seem to live on the beach with a balcony. Recently, Geno shared several photos of the beach just off their balcony.

Plus, he says he loves life on the island. So, it seems that he and Mom feel comfortable with no immediate plans to leave the state of Florida. Of course, that could change if Mama June: From Not to Hot celeb June Shannon decides she wants to go home to her family. But, for now, they seem happy where they are.

Check out this huge sea turtle coming on the beach to lay eggs just off our balcony last night. The eggs are roped off to keep people away from them which the majority don’t even know what the Rope is for but this is awesome

Geno from Mama June: From Not to Hot recently put up a social photo of a giant turtle right next to his apartment. However, there’s something a little creepy about the photo. Florida law says it’s illegal to have lights on the beach during the egg season from 9pm to 5am.

Luminous lights are illegal because they disturb turtles, nests or babies. These laws are in place to protect sea creatures. Of course, Geno was probably just excited to see endangered species. However, it looks like he flashed on his phone while taking the picture, even though he claims he didn’t.
