According to a report by Katie Joy on Without A Crystal Ball, Josh and Lauryn received an eviction notice for non-payment of rent. This came in September. He didn’t respond to the notice, and they received the boot in October. Katie got her information directly from the court records. Seems odd that the reality TV couple had a hard time finding the missing $1,200. Meanwhile, Mama June, Alana, and Lauryn Pumpkin Shannon are working on an income to make the Cameos. So it is not clear to whom WEtv is paying money for the Mama June: From Not to Hot series.

I was shocked to learn that Lauryn Pumpkin Shannon is only 19 yrs old! That kid is wise beyond her years. And as we all know, kids don’t grow up that fast unless they HAVE TOO.
It’s obvious that Pumpkin, in this situation, has obviously had to not only grow up, but she also is the teenage mother of a sweet little girl who is under 2 yrs of age, and a newlywed! Now that her mom seems to have ditched both Pumpkin and her baby sister Alana, Pumpkin is again taking on the role of mother to hear sister, who used to be her best friend, partner in crime. No doubt, that change to the role of “Mom”, after a lifetime of being “Big Sister” to Alana, is going to be one of her toughest roles yet.
It’s obvious how much both Pumpkin and Josh love and want to be supportive of Alana, but at the same time, they are TWO KIDS raising Two Kids! No matter how much you love someone, eventually that kind of stress is going to start manifesting in all kinds of negative ways. It’s inevitable that all these stressors they are all dealing with, is going to slow it’s self in all kinds of ways. Maybe losing their apartment over a mere $1200 is just the beginning? I’m sure there is a part of Pumpkin who not only would love June to get control of her self and take back her responsibility of rasing Alana, but I’m not entirely sure that Pumpkin isn’t hoping her mom will herself together and be there FOR HER TOO! After all, while she is nearly 20 yrs old, she is STILL CONSIDERED A YOUNG ADULT, A TEENAGER! What in God’s name is June thinking????
