Mama June: From Not To Hot: Mama June Shannon Had A Smile On Her Face She Hit The Beach

Mama June has reached the beaches of Florida with her personal trainer as she continues to improve her physical and mental health.

The reality star was photographed at Jensen Beach, on the east coast of Sunshine State, while she remains determined to lose 45 pounds through yoga, walking and running.

June Shannon, a mother of four, reported that “she has focused on her fitness to try to lose some of the pounds she has put on. Sources said she “did a lot of yoga and jogging on the beach in the morning” and that she trained “every day with her close artist friend Adam Barta.

With the help of a personal trainer and a strict diet, Mama June- who once weighed 462 pounds – was able to drop her weight to 132 pounds. But a source close to the star told The Sun that Mama June recently gained more weight and slipped into bad habits during quarantine.

Last year, June Shannon left her family for her troubled boyfriend Geno Doak.

In a recent episode of Family Crisis on WeTV, June’s 20-year-old daughter, Pumpkin – whose real name is Lauryn Shannon – arranged a meeting with June to discuss the position she had put her family in.

Lauryn, her husband Josh, their one-year-old daughter, and June’s 14-year-old daughter Alana Thompson – who now lives with her sister – were forced to move to a motel when they found out that June’s actions could lead people to come for her family.

“I want her to know that she has hurt us all,” Lauryn Shannon said of her intentions on the date.

She said, “Hi Mama, I’m a little upset right now because we’re in a motel room because of you and the people chasing us. I might have to change schools.” Pumpkin and Josh are so determined to move.”

June had both financial and legal problems at the time after she and her boyfriend Geno were arrested in March 2019.
